Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing women in our lives! We hope your Mother's Day is full of JOY and LOVE.

Meet the Moms from Marketing:

"Mother's Day means...
-Breakfast in bed (hopefully Wild Orange French Toast!)
-Handwritten cards with 'I love you, Mom' written on each card (spritzed with Lavender, of course!)
-Hugs and kisses from each of my kids
-Flowers at church, and
-A beautiful garden in my backyard!
My kids have spent the past week preparing the garden for me as a special surprise. I'm the luckiest mom in the world!" –Suzette Caplin

What I want for Mother’s Day
By Becky Cox

1. Nummy tiny lemon muffins with Lemon essential oil not made by me.
2. 60 minutes of uninterrupted silence so I can shave in peace and soak in Lavender and Spa bath salts.
3. Foot massage using Lavender and Peppermint administered by my favorite massage therapist, Mike Cox.
4. Mike has to put a tiny dab of Vetiver on his wrists so I can sniff him all day. Mmmmmm…..
5. Kisses from Maddy, Nick, and Dylan, and no back talk when I ask you to practice piano.

What makes your Mother's Day magical? Please let us know!

My Mother's Day was wonderful! I soaked in my enormous jetted tub using Spa Bath Salts mixed with a plethora of oils: Vetiver, Lavender, Wild Orange, Grapefruit, Rosemary... some others I don't recall... basically, whatever I had on hand went into the mix, because it has been FAR too long, and I knew that I needed whatever the oils could do for me - I didn't care about the aroma not 'matching'; I was after the therapeutic benefit.

Next, I went outside to assist with the shearing of our eleven huacaya alpacas. The man we'd hired to shear them managed to cut *8* of them!!! The cuts weren't terribly deep, but certainly went through the skin. Guess what? I was prepared with bottles Helichrysum, Melaleuca, Lavender and Geranium, and all was well in the end! :-) Well, except that I am now out of Helichrysum, which should come in bigger bottles!

After that ordeal, I enjoyed a steaming hot shower with Rosemary and Lavender - invigorating and relaxing at the same time!

Then it was back to my new king-sized bed with my Frankincense and Peppermint for an oxygen-rich deep sleep! Yea!
