Take Time for Self-Care in 2009

This past weekend I was determined to take some time to slow down and practice self-care, so I enjoyed a pedicure with my favorite essential oils. What a great sentiment and idea for 2009. Taking care of oneself is not selfish - it allows us to be strong and healthy enough to care and share with others. doTERRA essential oils give us so many gifts to share - let's remember to share them with ourselves every day!
